Walter Emuel Forshaw was born on July 24, 1887 to Daniel R. Forshaw & Emma Lou Long at McKessport, PA.  On January 26, 1908, W. E.  married Flora Alice Phillips, daughter of Calvin Constantine Phillips and Louisa Alice (Howard) Phillips on January 26, 1908.  They had three children, Loretta Alice Forshaw, Nolan Daniel Forshaw, and Thelma Forshaw.

Loretta Alice Forshaw was born on June 7, 1910 at Purdon, Navarro Co., TX.  On July 26, 1919, she married John Walker Fraley who was born on Sept 10, 1902.  They had six children. Loretta died on Mar 20, 2001 and John Walker Fraley died on Nov 13, 1978.  They both passed away at the Navarro Regional Hospital at Corsicana and are buried at the Younger Cemetery in Navarro County, Texas.

Nolan Daniel Forshaw was born on Sept 6, 1912 at Purdon, Navarro Co., TX.  On March 2, 1933 at Alliance Hall, Navarro Co., TX, he married Florence Idell Springer, the Daughter of Daniel Zack Springer and Mary Susan (Burks) Richardson-Springer.  Idell was born on Nov 29, 1912 at Cato, Faulkner Co., AR.  Nolan retired from Otis Engineering in Carrollton, Texsa.  Nolan and Idell had three children, Billy Dwayne Forshaw who died at birth, Charles Kenneth Forshaw, Sr., and LaVerne Carol Forshaw.  They sometimes kept foster children and eventually adopted a girl Deborah Mae Forshaw. Nolan passed away on Dec 10, 1999 and Idell passed away on July 23, 1995 at their home in Dallas, Texas.  They are both buried at the Restland Memorial Park in Richardson, Dallas Co., TX. Thelma Forshaw was born Aug 11, 1921 and Flora came down with blood poisoning from the birth and never recovered.  She passed away on 27 September 1921 at Purdon and was buried at the Younger Cemetery. Thelma went to live with her grandmother until W. E. remarried.  Thelma died Dec 11, 1932.  She is buried at the Younger Cemetery. [Thelma's Obituary & Death Certificate]

W. E. remarried in about 1922 to Autavia Vietta Ellis, a widow.  She was born on Jan 8, 1899.  W. E. and Autavia had two children, W. E. Forshaw, Jr. & William M. "Red" Forshaw.

W. E. Jr. was born on June 22, 1923 in Navarro Co., TX.  He came down with pneumonia and died shortly later on June 11, 1926 in Navarro Co., TX.  He was buried at the Younger Cemetery.

William M. "Red" Forshaw was born on Dec. 2, 1929 in Purdon, Navarro Co., TX.  He was married several times and died on July 8, 2003. (W. M.'s Obituary)

W. E. owned a service station in Silver City in Navarro County TX.

W. E. passed away on Oct 29, 1969 at the Evergreen Nursing Home, Corsicana, Navarro Co., TX [Death Certificate]. Autavia passed away on Aug 6, 1972 [Death Certificate].  They were both buried at the Younger Cemetery. (Walter's Obituary; Autavia's Obituary)
