Gus Jones, son of John Benton & Ditha Camilla (Elliott) Jones was born 1-06-1906 in Meridian, Bosque County, TX.  He died 4-01-1982 in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, TX .  In March of 1925 he married  Alice Willie Bernice Osborne.  Alice was born 12-13-1907 in Loving, Graham County, TX.  She died 6-24-1994 in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, TX.

Bernice is the daughter of Albert Lee & Georgia Arlena Virginia (Wells) Osborne.  Their children are Marguerite Anita Jones, Gus Glen Jones, Bobby Don Jones, and Jack Jones.
