John McClure Attacked by Vicious Bull
John McClure and a Jersey bull had a falling out Monday and the bull picked John up on the end of his horns and threw him across the lot.
Fortunately Mr. McClure was not hurt, but pretty badly frightened.
The bull showed more fight and although crippled in one knee, you can imagine what Johnny showed and he was not long about it.

John McClure Funeral Held at Blooming Grove

CORSICANA, Texas, Feb. 8. - Funeral services for John E. McClure, 78, long-time Blooming Grove resident, were held Wednesday at the Blooming Grove Methodist Church.
Surviving are eight children, Mrs. A. E. Littlejohn, Bardewell; Edward McClure, Jourdanton; Elmer D. McClure, Lemon Grove, Calif.; Mrs. Jim Myers, Italy; Johnnie B. and Rudolph McClure, both of Fort Worth; Mrs. George Buzulencia, Youngstown, Ohio, and Mrs. Herschell Minatra, Blooming Grove; three sisters, Mrs. R. O. Barham and Mrs. Joe Comer, both of Blooming Grove, and Mrs. Ida DeMond, St. Louis; a brother, W. D. McClure, Aurora, Mo., and twelve grandchildren.
