Pvt. Ernest Prince, son of Mrs. D. P. Prince of Corsicana, Texas, was born April 5, 1887, and educated in the rural schools of Navarro County.  He entered the service of the United States Army June 15, 1918, and was assigned to the 165th Depot Brigade at Camp Travis, where he remained during the war.  Received his discharge in November, 1918
