However, I’m happy to say I’m married to Don Hestand, another Corsicana resident for the past 23 years. I am a published writer and work for my local school in Wylie, Texas. I have two daughters and seven grand children.

Vikki Jackson Junior Class Photo - 1965 Band Junior Classical League Creative Writing Club	Sister Veronica Paul Young, R.S.S.F. (Victoria Annette Jackson) Back in the '60s, due to some personal problems, I had to become a Junior again when my original classmates had become Seniors ('64-'65). I did graduate at the end of the summer of 1965 instead of with my original class that May. Since then I had a long (26 years) US Army career. While in the Army I met, married, and sadly lost to cancer SFC William Young. I retired as a Sergeant First Class (SFC) to become a Catholic Nun. As Sister Veronica Paul, I now live alone as a Solitary Sister in the wonderful little town of Caliente, Nevada, helping my Parish, the elderly and the poor. After years of turmoil and travel, it's a lovely and peaceful life.
