KERENS GRADUATION TUESDAY EVENING, 53 GET DIPLOMAS      KERENS, May 20.—(Spl.)—Kerens high school graduation exercises were held Tuesday evening in the high school auditorium with Dean T. H. Shelby of the University of Texas as the deliverer of the commencement message to the fifty- three members of the graduating class. Dean Shelby spoke on pledging the class to loyalty to best self, home, state and religion.    The members of the class to receive diplomas are: Jack W. Anderson, Sylvia Arnett, .W. L.
