My father, William Nathan Tackitt, has this clipping in this family files. He said it was the last year they taught school. The building was used as a church after that. Wm. N. Tackitt, Annie Jo and Sammie Tackitt, are dad and aunts. The second photograph is of the old Rushing school before it burned down. Wm. Morgan Craig is the man in the photo. This photograph belongs to Sam and Mary Craig of Wortham, Texas.
