William E. Richards, son of Mr. and Mrs. James B. Richards, Dallas.  Wife, the former Dottie L. Reed.  Attended Emmit Sr. High School.  Entered service, 1942, trained with Air Corps at Eagle Pass, Sheppard Field and Kearns, Utah.  Now enroute to Pacific.  Has Good Conduct Ribbon.

Pfc. Fred Richards, Sr., son of Mr. and Mrs. A.C. Richards of Emhouse and husband of the former Marjorie Bennett. Entered the Army Signal Corps in December of 1943 and was trained at Camp Crowder, Mo. Holabird Signal Depot, Md. Now on duty in Hawaii.

Served in Scotland, Belgium, France, England and Germany. Has the Silver Star, Good Conduct, Inf. Badge, ETO Ribbon with 3 Battle Stars.
