Cpl. Spencer DuBose, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. S. J. DuBose of Corsicana and Husband of the former Miss Lucy Douglas.  Entered the Army, 1942, trained at Camp Wolters, Camp Howze, and Camp Claiborne.  Has Sharpshooter and Expert Rifleman's Medals.  Has served in France, Holland, and Germany, where now on duty.

AMM 1/C Fitzhugh A. Dugger, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Dugger, husband of the former Minnie Jim Murrel, Corsicana, graduate of McKinney High School.  Entered the navy, 1942, trained at San Francisco.  Has served in Hawaiian Islands and on Saipan, now on duty at Monterey, California.  Has 3 Battle Stars and Pacific Ribbon.
DUKE, H. V.
Pfc. H. V. Duke, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. V. Duke, Corsicana, husband of the former Miss Mary Frances Scruggs, attended Union High School  Entered Infantry, 1944, trained at Camp Fannin.  Has served in Italy and was killed in action in France, March 15, 1945.
DUKEMINIER, JOHN H.
Cpl. John H. Dukeminier, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Dukeminier of Rice, husband of the former Miss Esther Green, attended Rice High Scool.  Entered Army Oct. 6, 1942, trained at Richmond, Va.  Has served in England and in France, where now on duty.

Sgt. Lucius V. Dunagan, son of Mr. and Mrs. T. P. Dunagan, Frost, graduate of Irene School. Entered Infantry, 1942, trained with Medical Corps in South Carolina, Indiana, and Mo. Has served in England, France. Has Good Conduct, Purple Heart, Two Unit.

Entered Army, 1943, trained with Army at Camp Barkley, Rucker, Sibert and Edgewood, Mr. [Dunagan] Has served in Hawaiian Islands, Luozn, Iwo Jima and Okinawa, wounded 1945 on Okinawa. Has Purple Heart, Good Conduct and Rifle Medals.

Dunton, Corsicana, attended University of Texas Medical School.  Entered service with Army Air Corps, 1942, reenlisted with Army in 1943, enlisted with Navy in 1945, trained at Camp Walters, Sheppard Field, Fresno, Barksdale Field, Brooke Gen. Hospital, Columbia Univ., N.Y.  Now on duty in Midshipman School, N.Y.
DYCUS, ROBERT E.
A/S Robert E. Dycus, son of Mrs. Eva Dycus, attended Corsicana High School.  Entered Navy, 1944, trained at San Diego.  Given Medical Discharge, 1944.

1st Sgt, Aubrey Earley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Virgil S. Earley, Kerens, attended Independence School.  Entered Army F. A. Nov 1940, trained at Camp Bowie.  Has served in England, Iceland and ETO Campaigns.  Now on duty in Australia.  Awarded Bronze Star.

Cpl. James M. Easley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Easley, Corsicana, husband of the former Miss Doris Sue Thedford, attended Corsicana Schools.  Entered service, 1943, trained with Air Corps at Jefferson Barracks, Mo.  Now on duty in Italy.
EASTERLING, J. M.
Cpl. J. M. Easterling, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Easterling, Pickett, husband of the former Miss Lavern Harris, Houston, attended Mildred High School.  Entered service, 1944, trained with Marines at San Diego.  Has served in Pearl Harbor, Tarawa, and Guadalcanal.  Now on duty in North Carolina.
EATON, CHARLES E.
T/Sgt. Charles E. Eaton, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. N. A. Eaton, Kerens, wife is the former Miss Dorothy Bunch, attended Kerens School.  Entered Army Eng. Corps, trained at Ft. Lewis, Washington.  Sent overseas May, 1944, to New Guinea, now on duty in Philippines.
EAVES, JAMES V.
Pfc. James V. Eaves, son of Mrs. Alma Clara Eaves, Arizona, graduate of Corsicana High School.  Entered the Air Corps in the 1*th (sic) Airway Det. in 1943, trained at Phoenix, Ariz., Salt Lake City, and Camp Wolters.  Has served in India and China.  Has the Good Conduct Medal.  Now on duty in China.
ECHLEMAN, CLIFTON
Pvt. Clifton Eckleman, son of Bert Eckleman, attended Zions Rest School.  Mobilized with National Guard in 1940, trained with Army at Camp Bowie, Camp Blanding and Camp Edwards.  Has served in North Africa, Italy, France and Germany, where now on duty.
EDWARDS, CHARLIE L.
Pvt. Charlie L. Edwards, son of Mr. and Mrs. G. L. Edwards, Richland, attended Richland Schools.  Entered Army, 1944, trained at Ft. Lewis, Washington, Fort Bragg, N.C.  Has served in England, France Belgium and Germany.
EDWARDS, JAMES D.
Pfc. James D. Edwards, son of Mrs. G. L. Edwards, husband of the former Miss Adelle McWilliams, attended Richland School.  Entered service, 1940, trained with Army at Ft. Sam Houston and Camp McCoy.  Has served in N. Ireland, England, France, Belgium, Germany, Czechoslovakia, now on duty somewhere in Germany.  Has Good Conduct, Pre-Pearl Harbor, Rifle Medal, ETO and Four Battle Stars.
