For many years it has been the
custom and privilege of the
citizens of Austin to take part in
the inaugurations of the state's gov-
ernors and lieutenant governors.

This year we are happy to do
honor to Governor Beauford Jester
and Lieutenant Governor Allan
Shivers at the Reception and In-
augural Ball.
