Jewel Pillans was the Daughter of Walter Pope Pillans & Elisha Annie (Dixon) Pillans, and sister of Garland Pillans.
She was born on Sept 11, 1892 in Navarro Co., TX.  She appears on the 1900 Census - Freestone County at age 7 years
