Moments in Time was begun in 1996 as a Sesquicentennial project of the Navarro County Historical Society.  It's purpose is to record our daily lives in Navarro County in the 1990s: how we work, how we play, how we educate, how we worship.

There is some history within this volume because some communities or organizations have not previously been journalized in one of the Navarro County History Books.
