Assault Warrant

Dated 30th June 1876 Navarro County Arrest warrant for Jesse Rascoe for attempting to shoot one G. W. Riddell. The warrant states that Mr. Riddell swore out a warrant against Mr. Rascoe for "committing an aggravated assault upon affiant by pointing a (loaded) pistol, the same being a deadly weapon, at the affiant and threatening to shoot affiant."
