An enjoyable party was given by Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Andersonat their residence Tuesday evening complimentary to Miss Zella McConnico. A pleasant evening was spent in conversation by the young people and all returned to their respective homes feeling happy in each other’s friendship. The following were present: Mr. Chas. Mallory and Miss Pearl McKinney, Mr. Tom White and Miss Lura Cherry, Mr. Edgar Mallory and Miss Kate Cherry, Mr. Charlie Cherry and Miss Mamie Ethridge, Mr. James Cherry and Miss Martha Noble, Mr. L. A. McClelland and Miss Maggie Anderson, Mr. Frank Cherry and Miss Bessie McConnico, Mr. Clete Owen and Miss Zella McConnico, and Messrs. Sam Rowe and J. H. Hardy of Powell.
