A DAY IN THE COURTS.
FEDERAL COURT.
COUNTERFEITER CAUGHT.
Deputy United States Marshall __. T. Luster of Corsicana came in this
morning with Jim Curtin, said to be the head and front of the Posten gang of
counterfeiters and a very desperate man. Curtin had a brother killed at
Farmer's Branch a few years ago. Posten had a brother killed in the Nation. The
name of the deputy marshal is Luster -- no Lister nor Foster. He is very proud
of his name and his work and he objects to being written up in the newspapers
under aliases.
