Notes:  Bradley School was a farming community school, going only to the 10th grade.  I am not sure when the school was established, but I assume in the early 1900’s.  It is my understanding it closed after WW II, consolidating with the Roane School District.  My father, Joe Bailey Nelson, his twin brother Jim Hogg Nelson, and their older brother, George Thomas “Tom” Nelson, attended the Montfort School until around 1917.  The names of the students and teachers are copied exactly as my Father listed them.  I hope they are correct and it provides a glimpse of someone’s grandparent or great grandparent during his/her school years.
