The most interesting base ball game of the season took place Tue afternoon between business men on one side of the street and business men on the other side. The proceeds went to the civic club.

Charley Dillingham was manager for the west side; J.W. Spivey manager for the east side.  It was hard fought game and the east siders won 5-7.
