James Monroe married Sarah Ann "Sally" Stough on 10 Mar 1859 in Lowndes, Alabama. Sarah Ann "Sally" (parents Simeon Stough and Matilda Petrey) was born 22 Jun 1844 in Lowndes, Alabama. She died 1 Oct 1908 in Near Corsicana, Navarro County, Texas. 

James Monroe Castellaw and Sarah Ann "Sally" Stough had the following children:
