Corsicana probably in the country. He lived his life as a farmer in Corsicana and died there.
I have been looking for information when he went into and how long he served in WW1.

Elmer Lewis
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Corley Funeral
Home Chapel for Elmer B. Lewis, 86, native of Groesbeck and
resident of Corsicana, who died Thursday at Memorial
Hospital.
He was a retired farmer, a veteran of World War I and a
member of Northside Baptist Church.
The Rev. David Hale will officiate, with burial following at
Hamilton-Beeman
Cemetery.
Survivors include his widow, a son, Elmer M. Lewis of
Corsicana; two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Scott and Mrs.
Frances McCarter, both of Corsicana, eight grandchildren,
three brothers, A. C. Lewis of Corsicana, H. C. Lewis of
Globe, Ariz. and A. I. Lewis of Fort Worth; eight sisters,
Mrs. Laura Flanagan, Mrs. Doris Knight both of Corsicana,
Mrs. Lona Lowell of Lufkin, Mrs. Lola Dodd of Arlington,
Mrs. Minnie Seahorn of Coolidge, Ariz., Mrs. Elsie Gathright
of Memphis, Tenn., Mrs. Reba Moore of Houston, and Mrs.
Nadine Lynch of Mansfield.
Pallbearers are Harold Burns, Edward Cook, Odell Hammock,
John W. Brown, Willie Crawford, and Joe Hambrick.
