• Jack Terry "Jerry" McAfee, Sr. was born Sep 14, 1923 in Port Arthur, Jefferson Co., TX to Almer McDuffie McAfee & Marguerite Hawkins (Calfee) McAfee.  He married Nancy Cade on Dec 23, 1946 in Dallas, Texas.  Jack died on April 9, 1994 in Houston, Texas and is interred in the Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 15000 Memorial Dr. Houston, Texas
