On Saturday before the Second Sabbeth, in October AD 1875 the church was
organized as follws. Preaching by Eld H. J. Sears. Called for the
letters by Eld. J. C. Osborne where upon the following Brethern and Sisters came
forward:

Eddy Bryant
Mary A. King
Robert Bryant
J. H. Smith
Elizabeth Osborne
Elen Bryant
Nancy J. Osborne
A. S. Coats
J. E. Smith

They being found orthodox by the Pressberty were duly organized into a
church.
1. Adopted the Covenant, 2) By motion and Second, the church was named
"Prairie Grove" and adopted the Constitution.
3) By motion and Second adopted Articles of Faith
4) By motion and Second Roles of decorum adopted
5) By motion and Second Regular time of meeting to be the Second Sabbath and
Saturday before in Each Month - By Motion and Second, Adjourned
