Sgt. Roy E. Berryhill, son of Mrs. Roy E. Berryhill, Purdon husband of the former Miss Eulala Jayroe, attended Corbet High School and Elgin High School, Okla.  Entered Air Corps Oct. 13, 1942, trained at Waco, Midland, Childress.  Has served in E.T.O., now on duty in England.  Has Good Conduct and E.T.O. Ribbons.
BEWLEY, JOHNIE E.
Cpl. Johnie E. Bewley, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Bewley, husband of the former Miss Lillian Inez Thorpe, graduate of Emhouse Schools.  Entered the Army, 1940, trained at Ft. Sill and Brownwood.  Has served in Italy, France, Germany, now has Discharged.  Has Bronze Star, 4 Battle Stars, Good Conduct and E.T.O. Ribbons.

Pfc. Cleo L. Bibbs, son of Mr. J. L. Bibbs, husband of the former Miss Annie Bell Griffin, attended Corsicana Schools.  Entered service, 1944, trained with Army at Camp Robinson and George G. Meade.  Has served in England, France, Belgium, Holland and Germany, wounded four times and now on duty in McCloskey Hospital.  Has Bronze Star, Sharpshooter Medal, Infantry Combat Badge, E.T.O. Ribbon with 3 Battle Stars, Purple Heart, and Good Conduct Medal.
BICKERSTAFF, CLYDE L.
T/Sgt. Clyde L. Bickerstaff, son of Mrs. Lula Bickerstaff, Corsicana.  Entered the Army Air Forces, 1942, trained at Santa Anna, Sioux Falls, Yuma, Tampa, and Tuscon.  Has served in Iceland and the entire European Theater, now on duty at Maxwell Field.  Has Air Medal with 4 Oak Leaf Clusters, E.T.O. with 3 Battle Stars and Presidential Unit Citation.
BIDDY, VINSON
Cpl. Vinson Biddy, son of Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Biddy, Corsicana.  Entered Army, 1938, reenlisted, 1941, trained with 13th Air Corps at Portland, Ore. and Washington.  Has served in the Philippines, Gadalcanal, Solomons, Admirality, New Guinea, Netherlands, East Indies, Bo<?> French Indo-China with "Long Rangers." Has <?>atic-Pacific Campaign Ribbon, Battle Stars, Good Conduct and Unit Citation.

S 2/C Rupert W. Bills, son of Luther Bills, husband of the former Faye Andrews, attended Powell High School.  Entered service, 1944, trained with Navy at San Diego.  Now on duty in the S. Pacific.
BILLS, RALPH C.
Capt. Ralph C. Bills, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Bills, Dawson, graduate of Dawson Schools.  Entered Air Corps, 1941, trained with Air Corps at Herrimet, Taft and Stockton Fields, California.  Has served in Australia, and New Guinea, now in school at Leavensworth, Kansas.  Has Air Medal, D.F.C., 7 Oak Leaf Clusters, and Presidential Citation.

1st Lt. James H. Bills, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Bills, graduate of Dawson High School.  Entered service, 1942, trained with Air Corps at Kelly Field, Atlantic City and New Jersey.  Has served in England and France, now on Flight Control Officer in France.
BILTON, VERNON L.
T/Sgt. Vernon L. Bilton, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Bilton, Kerens, husband of the former Miss Iono Stange, attended Currie School.  Entered Air Corps Nov., 1940, trained at Camp Bowie, Camp Adair, Ore., Camp Carson, Colo., AAF, Alamogordo, N. Mex.  Has served in Germany.  Has Good Conduct Ribbon, Two Bronze Stars.
BINGHAM, WILLIAM L., JR.
Cpl William L. Bingham, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Bingham, Sr., graduate of Dallas High School, attended S.M.U. Entered Field Artillery, 1943 at Ft. Sill, Camp Maxey, and A.S.T.P., Fayetteville, Ark. Has served in Belgium and now on duty in Germany. Has campaign Ribbons with 3 Battle Stars.

BIRD, OSCAR B.
Sgt. Oscar B. Bird, son of Mrs. Kirk Ramsey of Corsicana, graduated from Corsicana High School and University of Tex.  Entered Signal Corps in 1942, training at Camp Barkley.  Transferred to Medical Corps and trained at Ft. Snelling, Minn., Camp Philip, Kan.  Has Good Conduct Ribbon.  Now on duty at 186th General Hospital in England.
BITTNER, ROBERT E.
GM 1/C Robert E. Bittner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert E. Bittner, Corsicana.  Graduate of Corsicana High School.  Entered service, 1942.  Trained with the Navy at Savannah, Ga., Savannah, Fla.  Served in Mediterranean Sea, North Africa, Sicilhy, Italy, France, Greece, Egypt, Cuba.  Now on duty in San Diego.

Sgt. Caxton Bivin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Bivins, Corsicana.  Wife the former Myrtle Metcalf.  Attended Corsicana High School.  Entered service 1940.  Trained with Field Artillery at Camp Bowie, Camp Blanding, Camp Edwards.  Served in Africa, Italy, France and Germanhy.  Discharged 1945.  Has Pre-Pearl Harbor Ribbon, European Ribbon with Bronze Stars and Good Conduct.

Pvt. Wilber T. Black, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Black, Kerens.  Husband of former Dovie Spivey.  Attended Kerens High School.  Entered the Army, Feb. 14, 1944.  Trained at Ft. Sill, Okla., Camp Bowie, Tex.  Served in Engr. Bn. Discharged Dec. 24, 1944.

S. V. Everett Blackburn, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Blackburn, Kerens, attended Rural Shade Schools.  Entered the Navy Aug. 15, 1944, training at USSNTS, San Diego, Calif.  Now on duty in Hawaii.

Pfc. Ben Blackburn, son of Mr. B. C. Blackburn, formerly of Corsicana.  Attended Union High Schools.  Entered service, 1942.  Trained with Army at Ft. Lewis Washington.  Now on duty in Alaska.

A. B. Seaman Ed. W. Blackburn, son of Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Blackburn, Corsicana.  Graduate of Corsicana High School.  Entered service, 1943.  Trained with Merchant Marines at St. Petersburg, Fla.  Served in France, England, Scotland, Africa, Puerto Rico, Cuba and is now at Manila.
