attended Angus Schools. Entered service, 1940, trained with Army at
Ft. Sam Houston. Has served in England, France, Holland, and
Germany, now on duty in England. Wounded in Germany, 1944, has
Purple Heart, Infantry Combat Badge and Campaign Ribbons.

WALKER J. DAVE
Pfc. J. Dave Walker, husband of the former Marie S. Shepherd,
entered the 853rd Signal Service Company, Austin, in November, 1942.
He trained at Camp Wolters, Texas, Salt Lake City, Utah, Geiger
Field, Spokane, Wash., and Army Air Base, Abilene, Texas. He
received his discharge April 1943. |
