Newton, husband of the former Miss Edna Pettis, graduated from Corsicana Schools.  Entered the service in 1939, trained with U.S. Coast Guard Radio School at Baltimore, Md., and Officers Training School at New London, Conn.  Served in Labrador.  Now in Washington, D.C.
NEAL, WESLEY
S 1/C Wesley Neal, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Neal, attended Blooming Grove Schools.  Entered the Navy in 1944, trained at Great Lakes, Camp Perry and Wildwood, N.J.  Now on duty aboard USS Randolph in Pacific.  Wears Theater Ribbon.
