Sgt. William B. Allen, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Allen of Navarro.  Wife is the former Vera Crabtree.  Attended Navarro School before entering the Army Eng. in Feb., 1945, Training at Camp Hood and Ft. Lewis, Washington.  Is now on duty at Ft. Lewis, Washington.

T/5 Loy L. Allen, son of Mr. and Mrs. O. E. Allen, Corsicana.  Wife is the former Alene Nowel.  Graduated from Emhouse High School.  Entered the service in 1943, training with Army at Atlanta Ga., Rockford Ill., and Greenville, Penn.  Served in Canada, Alaska, and Aleutians where he is now on duty.

Allen, attend Emhouse Schools.  Entered service in 1942, training in Army Air Corps at Souix Falls, Laredo, Boise, Colorado Springs.  Served on Marianas and in Marshall Islands.  Wounded on Saipan in 1944.  Has Purple Heart, Air Medal, 8 Oak Leaf Clusters, DFC Citation of Honor.  Now on duty at San Marcos, Tex. 
ALLEN, BEN DAVE
Lt. Ben Dave Allen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Guy Allen, wife is the former Gladys Parker.  Graduated from Corsicana High School and University of Texas.  Entered the Engineers in 1942, training at Ft. Belvoir, Va.  Served in European Theater.  Now in Frankfurt, Germany.

S. Billy R. Allen, son of Mrs. Lou Allen, Kerens, Texas, graduated from Kerens High School.  Entered the Merchant Marines March 1945, training at Avalon, Calif., further training at Seattle, Washington.  Now assigned to U.S.S. Bering in Pacific.
ALLEN, DOYLE H.
1st/Sgt. Doyle H. Allen, son of Mrs. Loy Allen, Kerens, Tex., attended Kerens High School.  Entered the Army in 1940, training at Camp Bowie, Tex.  Camp Edwards, Mass.  Served in N. Africa.  Received Honorable Discharge June 1945.  Awarded ETO Ribbon with 5 battle Stars, Bronze Star, Pre-Pearl Harbor Ribbon.

Cpl. James Allen, son of Mrs. Frank Allen Trever, Corsicana, Wife the former Sybil White.  Entered the Army in 1942, training at Ft. Sam Houston.  Served in France and Belgium.  Is now on furlough prior to Pacific assignment.  Awarded Infantry Combat Badge, and 2 Battle Stars.
ALLEN, JOHN R.
Pvt. John R. Allen, son of Mrs. Lou Allen, Kerens, Tex.  Wife the former Inez Buckner.  Attended Kerens High School.  Mobilized with 36th Div., 1940, training at Camp Bowie, Tex., Camp Edwards, Mass.  Served in N. Africa, Italy, France.  Now hospitalized at Ashburn Gen. Hospital, McKinney.  Has 3 Battle Stars.
ALLEN, CLOVIS M.
Pvt. Clovis M. Allen, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Allen, graduated from Richland High School.  Entered service in 1942, training with Air Corps at Sheppard Field and Douglas, Arizona.  Now on duty at Geneva, Neb.

Pfc. Troy Dale Allison, son of Mr. Harry Allison, attended State Home School.  Entered service 1942.  Served with the Army at Camp Barkley in 90th Division.  Served in France, England and Italy.  Serving now as M. P. at Prison Camp in France.

Pfc. Malcom F. Allison, son of Harry E. Allison, attended State Home School.  Entered service, 1941.  Trained with the Army at Camp Bowie.  Killed in action in Belgium, 1944.  Posthumous awarded Purple Heart with two Citations.
