Ollie (McAfee) Daniel

Herman Daniel, the son of John Elbert Daniel was born on Janury 25, 1900 at Fairfield in Freestone County, Texas.  On November 19, 1926, he married Ollie Lavina McAfee, the daughter of Hugh Embury & Elizabeth Rice (Groves) McAfee.  Herman was a farmer and long time resident of Frost, Texas.  Ollie was a school teacher. Herman and Ollie had two children, Herman McAfee Daniel of Corsicana, a professor at the Navarro County College, and Bettye Sue (Daniel) Allison of Dallas.  Herman Daniel died on Jan 28, 1972 in Navarro Co., TX.  Ollie died on Sept 22, 1970 at the Memorial Hospital, Corsicana, Navarro Co., TX.  Herman and Ollie are buried at the Prairie Grove Cemetery at Emmett, Navarro County, Texas.
