Entered Service, 1944, trained with Army Infantry at Camp Wolters.  Has served in France, Germany, and in Australia, where now on duty, wounded in May, 1945.  Has Combat Infantryman's Badge, Marksmanship Medal and Purple Heart.

Hayes, Richland, husband of the former Miss Norman Zane McDaniel, graduate of Richland School.  Entered service, 1941, trained with Air Corps at Kelly Field, Hicks Field, Perrin Field, Lubbock Army Air Field.  Now on duty at Hondo Army Air Field.
