Sgt. Z. B. Morris, son of Mr. and Mrs. Zeb Morris, attended Purdon High School.  Entered service, 1943.  Trained in Inf. at Camp Carson, Camp Roberts.  Served in Africa and Italy, where he is now on duty.  Has Good Conduct and Inf. Badge.

T/5 Jimmie R. Morris, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Morris, graduate of Corsicana High School.  Entered service, 1943.  Trained with Army Medical Corps at Barkley, El Paso and Camp Claiborne. Served 19 months in India attached to Petroleum Engineers.  Has CBI Ribbon and Unit Citation.
MORSE, JASON, JR.
S 2/C Jason Morse, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Jason Moore, Barry.  Attended school at Pampa.  Entered the Coast Guard in 1945.  Trained at Brooklyn, N.Y. and Seattle, Washington.  Now enroute to Pacific.
MORTON, PERCY V.
Sgt. Percy V. Morton, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Morton, Corsicana.  Husband of former Gracie Mae Porter.  Attended Bryan School.  Entered service, 1941.  Trained in Field Artillery at Ft Bliss, Camp Claiborne, Ft. Lewis, Camp Granite and Camp Gruber.  Served in European Theater.  Received Medical Discharge, 1945.  Has Campaign Ribbons, American Defense Ribbon, Good Conduct and 2 Battle Stars.
MORTON, LELAND E.
Ph M 3/C Leland E. Morton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leland M. Morton, Corsicana, Graduate of Corsicana High School and attended N.T.S.T.C., Denton.  Entered service, 1942.  Trained with Navy Medical Corps at Great Lakes.  Now on duty in Pacific on U.S.S. LeRay Wilson, Destroyer Escort No. 414.
MORTON, W. D.
T/Sgt. W. D. Morton, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Morton, Barry.  Husband of former Miriam Gowins.  Attended Cryer Creek School.  Entered service, 1944.  Trained with 385th Ordnance Maintenance Co. A. A. at Camp McCain.  Took Mechanics Course at Camp Crook at Ft. Bliss.  Now somewhere in Pacific.
MOSS, REX J.
Sgt. Rex J. Moss, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Moss.  Attended school at Corsicana.  Entered the Army in 1939, training at Ft. Lewis, Wash.  Served in Africa, Italy, Sicily, France.  Has Good Conduct Medal and 4 Battle Stars.  Discharged in May, 1945.
MOSES, LEONARD D.
Pvt. Leonard D. Moses, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Steele.  Husband of former Synthia Jones.  Attended Corsicana High School.  Entered service, 1942.  Trained with Army Inf. at Ft. Bliss.  Served in France, Belgium and England where he is now on duty.
MOSE, RONALD N.
Pvt. Ronald N. Moses, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Steele, husband of former Charles Esther Dawson.  Attended Corsicana High School.  Mobilized with National Guard and trained with 36th Division of Army at Camp Bowie, Brownwood.  Captured in Java, 1942, and is still a prisoner of the Japs on Kyushu Island, Japan.

Cpl. Elmer J. Mosley, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Mosley, husband of the former Miss Palma Creshaw, attended Blooming Grove Schools.  Entered the Army, 1941, entered 2nd Armored Division, training at Cheyenne, Moffett Field, Chico, Pecos, Alexandria dn Ft. Meade.  Has served in Holland and Germany.
MOSLEY, WALTER E.
S 2/C Walter E Mosley, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Mosley, Purdon.  Entered service in 1944, after graduating from Purdon High School, trained with Navy at San Diego.  Now on duty at Brooklyn, N.Y.
MOTT, NATHAN L.
Cpl Nathan L. Mott, son of Mrs. T. J. Worthington, Emhouse, attended Emhouse High School.  Entered service, 1940, trained with Army Infantry at Ft. Sam Houston and Camp McCoy.  Now on duty on Luzon.  Has Bronze Star, Purple Heart, Expert Combat Medal, wounded in April, 1945

Coxswain Billy Jack Mott, son of Mrs. T. J. Worthington, graduate of Emhouse High School. Entered service 1944, trained with Navy at San Diego. Sent overseas 1944, has served in Hawaiian Islands and in Philippines, now on duty on Samar Islands.
MULLINS, ROBERT F.
Cpl. Robert F. Mullins, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Mullins, Corsicana, husband of the former Miss Marcel Brown, attended Corsicana High School.  Entered service, 1944, trained with Air Corps at Sheppard Field, Eagle Pass and Del Rio.  Now on duty at Del Rio.

Sgt. Reba M. Murdock, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. S. Murdock, Kerens, Texas, attended Kerens High School.  Entered WAC Feb. 5, 1943, trained at Daytona Beach, Fla. and later at Victorville, Calif., where she is now on duty.  Awarded Good Conduct Medal.
MURDOCK, ELMIN W.
S/Sgt. Elmin W. Murdock, son of Mr. and Mrs. M. S. Murdock, Kerens.  Entered Army Engineer Co., April 1943, trained at Ft. Belvoir, Va. and Camp Claiborne, La.  Sent overseas January 1944, engaged in India-Burma-China Campaigns, now on duty in China.
MURDOCK, ARLIE
S.C. 1/C Arlie Murdock, son of Mr. and Mrs. M. S. Murdock, Kerens, Texas, husband of the former Miss Era Warren.  Entered Navy June 18, 1942, trained at NTS, Norfolk, Va. and Providence, R.I.  Has served in New Caledonia for 2 years, now on duty at San Diego, Calif.  Holds Good Conduct Medal.
MURPHREE, DONALD
Cpl. Donald Murphree son of Mr. and Mrs. Z. S. Murphree, Corsicana, graudate of Corsicana High School.  Entered service, 1942, trained with Medical Corps at Ft. Sill.  Has served with 44th General Hospital Group in Australia, Holland, Dutch East Indies and Philippine Islands, now on duty at Leyte.  Has 2 Bronze Stars, 1 Philippine Star.
MURPHREE, BILLY D.
Sgt. Billy D. Murphree, son of Mr. and Mrs. Z.S. Murphree, Corsicana High School.  Entered service, 1942, trained with 386th Fighter Sqdn. of 9th Air Force at Sioux falls, tahoma, Richmond and Dover.  Has served in England, Belgium and now on duty in Germany.  Has Presidential Citation and 3 Bronze Stars.
