G. M. 1/C Harold F. Owen, son of Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Owen, husband of the former Miss Veronica Boudreau, graduated from California Schools.  Entered the Navy in 1941, trained at San Diego and Portsmouth, R.I.  Russell Islands, Sulagi and others.  Now enroute to Pacific.  Wears Theater Ribbons.
OWEN, JIMMIE C.
Pvt. Jimmie C. Owen, son of Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Owen, attended California Schools.  Entered the Army in 1943, trained at Camp Callan, Haan, and Edwards.  Served in England, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Czechoslovakia and Germany.  Now in Germany.  Wears Theater Ribbons.
OWEN, JEWEL ARRON (PAT)
Pvt. Jewel Arron (Pat) Owen, son of Mrs. J. T. Owen, husband of the former Miss Beulah Hawthorne, entered the service Nov 5, 1942.  Trained at Camp Adair Ore. in the 329th Engr. Bn.  Received honorable discharge in 1943.  Later killed in a wreck Nov. 7, 1943 at Dallas, Texas.

Pfc. Joe W. Parum, Sr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Parum, husband of the former Miss Audrey F. Parum, attended Frost High School.  Entered the Army in 1945, trained at Ft. Sam Houston, Camp Hood and Ft. Ord, Calif.  Now serving with the 108th Infantry of the 40th Div.  Now on duty in the Philippines.  Wears Theater Ribbon.

Cpl. Joe Palmeri, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Palmeri, Sr., Corsicana, attended Lake Charles, La.  Schools.  Entered service, 1942, trained with Army at Camp Bowie, given medical discharge, 1942.
PALMERI, WILLIAM "BILLY" A.
Sgt. William A. "Billy" Palmeri, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Palmeri, Sr., Corsicana, graduate of Corsicana High School.  Entered service, 1941, trained with Air Corps at Shepard Field, Lockheed, Jefferson Barracks.  Has served in China, Burma, and India.  Has Presidential Citation.  Now on duty in India.
PALMERI, STEPHEN
S/Sgt. Stephen Palmeri, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Palmeri, Sr., Corsicana, husband of the former Miss Loree Younger, graduate of Corsicana High School.  Mobilized with National Guard, 194?, trained with 36th Division.  Has served in Italy, France, Africa, Germany and Australia.  Discharged, 1945.  Has Good Conduct, Pre-Pearl Harbor Ribbon and 5 Battle Stars, with Commendation from General Cole.

Pfc. Rudolph T. Palmeri, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Palmeri, Sr., Corsicana, graduate of Corsicana High School.  Entered service, 1943, trained with Army Anti Aircraft at Camp Wallace, Camp Hulen, Camp Bowie and Fort Bliss.  Has served in Hawaii and now on duty in the Pacific.  Has Good Conduct and Rifleman's Badge.

Pfc. Eulin Parker, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Parker, Purdon, attended Purdon High School.  Entered the service, 1944, trained with the 12th Cavalry Div. of the Army at Ft. Sill, Kansas City and Ft. Bliss, El Paso.  Has served in New Guinea, Australia and Philippines.  Was wounded in March, 1944 and has received the Purple Heart.  Now on duty in the Philippines.
