Nettie (or Mary) (Williams) Green was born on March 13, 1878 to Henry Thomas and Martha Jane (Thomas/Lindsey) Williams. She was married to Robert Natches Green in September 1892 in Navarro County by Rev. James Campbell Osborne. The had no known children. Nettie died in June 28, 1893, her death recorded in the Prairie Grove Church Records "Sacred to the memory of our beloved Sister Nettie Green, who died in the faith of Christ on June A.D. 1893." 

Nettie is buried in the Dresden Cemetery, Navarro County near members of her half brother’s (William Martin Lindsey) family. Robert Natches Green, son of Benjamin G. Green & Amanda (Sandlin) Green, is listed as a widower, was living with Isaac V. Green near Emmett in 1900.  In the 1900 Navarro County Census [ED 106; shet 25], Robert is listed as "Brother" in the household of Isaac Vanvert Green, but is actually his brother-in-law.  Robert remarried to Drew McDonald, daughter of Alexander McDonald & Mary J "May" Head.  Drew was born on Jan 12, 1882 in Arkansas and died on Apr 30, 1930 in Houston.  Robert died on Oct 25, 1938 in Houston, Harris Co., TX.  Robert and Drew are buried in the Hollywood Cemetery, Houston, Harris Co., TX [Robert's Death Certificate] [Drew's Death Certificate]
