S/Sgt. Robert A. Langston, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Langston.  Husband of Virginia Langston.  Graduate of Blooming Grove Schools.  Entered the Air Corps Mechanics, 1940, training at San Antonio, Charlotte, N.C. Scott Field, Ill., and Farmingde (sic), Long Island.  Served to England.  Has Presidential Citation, Oak Leaf Cluster, Bronze Star and Two Battle Stars.
LANGSTON, OTIS E.
Sgt. Otis E. Langston, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Langston, Corsicana.  Entered the Army Air Corps in 1943.  Trained in San Antonio.  Served in Australia and is now on duty at Manila.
LANIER, JASPER H.
T/Sgt. Jasper H. Lanier, son of Mr. and Mrs. John H. Lanier, Seagoville.  Graduate of Seagoville Schools.  Wife the former Myra Joe Thomas.  Entered the Army Air Corps in 1942, training at Wichita Falls, Chanute Field, and Spokane, Wash.  Served in England, France, Belgium, Holland.  Now on duty in Germany.  Has Four Bronze Campaign Stars.
LASETER, MARVIN E.
Pfc. Marvin E. Laseter, son of Edgar W. Laseter, Richland.  Attended Richland Schools.  Entered service, 1943.  Trained with Infantry Anti-Tank at Ft. Lewis and Camp Phillips.  Served in France, Germany, Austria, England.  Now on duty at Ft. Sam Houston.  Has Combat Inf. Badge, ETO Ribbon and Good Conduct Ribbon.
LASETER, JOHN C.
Pvt. John C. Laseter, son of Edgar W. Laseter, Richland.  Wife the former Mary Louise Griffin.  Attended Richland Schools.  Entered service 1943.  Trained with 153rd Combat Engineers at Ft. Lewis, Washington.  Discharged 1944.  Has Good Conduct and Marksmanship Medal.
LASETER, WILLIAM E.
MM 3/C William E. Lasete, son of Mrs. Vista Laseter.  Wife, the former Irene Cody.  Attended school in Corsicana.  Entered the Navy July 22, 1943, training at Corpus Christi.  Served at Pearl Harbor and is now somewhere in the South Pacific.
LASSITER, WILLIAM C.
Sgt. William C. Lassiter, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Lassiter of Corsicana. Wife the former Lorene Lemmon. Entered the Army in 1942, training at Camp Adair, Ore. and Ft. Lewis, Wash. Served at Leyte and New Guinea. Has Purple Heart and Combat Inf. Badge. Wounded in April 1944. Now at Hammond General Hospital, Calif.

Pfc. Delbert L. Lassiter, Corsicana. Attended school at Malakoff. Wife, the former Edwina Ponder. Entered service in Air Transportation Command, transferred to Army, training at Camp Barkley, Camp Luna, Berry Field, and Long Beach. Has Good Conduct and Expert Rifle Badge. Now on duty at Ft. Ord, Calif.
LASSITER, TOM S.
Cpl. Tom S. Lassiter, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Lassiter, Corsicana. Wife, the former Clellie Lyons. Attended school at Malakoff. Entered the Army in 1942, training at Camp Adair, Oregon. Received discharge in Dec., 1943.
LAWHORN, JAMES V.
T/Sgt. James V. Lawhorn, son of Mrs. Mosie Dillard, Corsicana.  Wife, the former Geraldine Redford. Attended Powell High School.  Entered service, 1942.  Trained with Air Corps at Aberdeen, Md.  Served in European Theater.  Wounded in Libya, 1943 and in France, 1944.  Has ETO Ribbon, Battle Stars, Purple Heart with Cluster, Presidential Citation, Good Conduct.
