Mrs. Easley was born Jan. 31, 1926 in Olney to Walter L. and Mary L. Jones. She spent her life in service to the Lord, ministering to the needs of others both spiritually and personally, and brought true pleasure and a charming spirit into the lives of all who knew her. She loved to entertain and share her home with family and friends, and she never met a stranger. She found joy in spending time outdoors with her dogs and in her garden. Forgiveness, love, compassion, caring and giving were her core qualities, and she carried those traits with her right to the end. The nursing staff that provided her care couldn't help but become attached to this great and wonderful lady. Everyone who knew her loved her, yet the family rejoices for the reward she received in Christ, but they mourn over her absence in their lives. She was a caretaker of others for many years, and was a member of First Pentecostal Church of God.
